New projects in the metallurgical industry of Uzbekistan

In recent years, major projects have been implemented in the metallurgical industry of Uzbekistan. In particular, the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Plant has developed new deposits and commissioned three new plants. The Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Plant and Uzmetkombinat are also expanding their production capacities. Thanks to these projects, gold production has increased by 23%, copper by 41%, and silver by 60%. In addition, digital and “green” technologies are being actively introduced in the industry, which contributes to increased efficiency and environmental safety.
